I was a friend and roommate of Bill at Tech. I had not seen him since then. But I remember him most for being a gentle and kind man. I am certain Bill will be missed by those around him.

We attended Newport News High School with Bill and recall many happy Typhoon times. He was fun and well liked by everyone. It is obvious he had a great career and a loving and beautiful family! Our wishes for you are strength during this time of sadness and comfort in knowing he is with God celebrating his life on earth.
