A year ago you left this world, with god , peace and love all around you. I only recently had the strength to see if you had gone home to the golden gates,. Not a day passes that you are not in my thoughts and you will always be in my heart. Your enduring spirit, humorous attitude and hours of conversation with you will forever be treasured by me. I honestly can't say that I'm not sad for the passing of such a blessing to this earth yet, I am joyful in my heart and spirit knowing you are without pain and suffering. I without a doubt know you are absolutely perfect at this moment, and with a little luck you will watch after me and my son Grayson from time to time. He will be 5 in July.. wow, the stories I have now.. well I hope you always know. I will forever miss you and thank god for allowing me the opportunity to spend what time we had together. I love you and wishing your family comfort.

I am so sorry for your loss. I no how hard it is to let go of someone you love. I remember Verna looking like this picture posted. She loved everyone and her family was her life. She struggled long and hard for many years. She always had a smile and loved life. She is now at peace and no more suffering. Rest in peace Cousin and enjoy all your loved ones in heaven.
