I worked at Nationwide when Shirley worked in the mail room. She was always so nice to me when I needed anything from her group. I have many happy memories of my employment at Nationwide and she is part of them.
To Shirley's family, words of comfort right now are almost meaningless. You are hurting. Just remember that God sometimes just wants us to be still and let Him love us.

Have many a fond memory of working with Shirley at Nationwide. She was a true professional dedicated to her work and people who worked for her. Did not share her love for UNC-CH basketball which offered us many opportunities to have some friendly bantering back & forth with each other.
My sympathies to Shirley's family for their loss & may our Lord continue to bless Shirley and her memory of making a difference in the lives of so many.
