Hi my name is Kayla and I am a local bible teacher. I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. There is a very comforting scripture at Isaiah 25:8. It says that soon Jehovah will swallow up death forever and that he will wipe away all of the tears. So we can all look forward to a time when death will be no more. I hope that this scripture can bring some true comfort during these difficult times.

We are deeply sadden by the news of the loss of a member of the Lee family. It's been quite a long time since we have seen him, but he has been thought of and memories are there. Rest in peace Uncle Luther. Peace to your family and reassurances that you are in very capable hands now...God's.

Growing up, I always remembered Uncle Luther and his family when we would come to Grandma's house for a visit. It has been a long time since I've seen them, but was very saddened to hear of his passing. May God's love and peace comfort the family during this time.

Uncle Luther was one of ten children so there were plenty of grandchildren at grandmother’s house when as Vikki remembers those occasions when most of us were able gather.
My favorite memory of Uncle Luther was probably in the late 1960s when we cut a few red oaks from woods behind our house and after trucking them to grandmother’s house, he taught me how split those blocks into pieces that would fit into her wood stove. It was hard work, but great fun.
I hope that fond memories of the good times with him accompanied by God’s grace will give comfort to everyone.
