I worked with Howard at City Of Sanford and he was like a second father to me. I've been trying to reach him for years. So sad that I didn't get to say goodbye. He was an angel and will be missed dearly. Prayers to the family.

We had been trying to get in touch with Howard--so sorry to hear of his passing---He made Mom VERY Happy during their marriage...
