Obituary
Tanya Louise Rayburn, age 31, of Sanford, passed away on May 9, 2023, at Duke Raleigh Hospital.
She was born in Lee County on June 13, 1991, to Darrell and Gayle Rayburn. Tanya was a loving daughter, sister, and mother. She had a way of making everyone feel like family and will be remembered for her contagious laugh. She loved music, reading and helping others.
Tanya is survived by her parents, Darrell and Gayle Rayburn; son, Brentley Rayburn of Sanford; brother, Darren Rayburn and partner, Kyrvin Villarta of Texas and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Buffalo Cemetery with Pastor Vincent Dylan Ralph officiating.
Tanya continued the legacy of loving others. Her gift of organ donation will impact the lives of many people.
