Sandra "Sandy" (Patterson) Lassiter

Sandra “Sandy” Patterson Lassiter, age 63, of Cameron, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at FirstHealth Hospice House after a short, but fierce battle with a terminal illness.

She was born on August 29, 1959, to the late Wilbert G. Patterson and Peggy C. Patterson.  Sandy was a loving, supportive and devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching late night crime shows – according to her family, she would have made an excellent detective or lawyer and late nights snacking on pop-tarts which she shared with her pup.

Sandy is survived by her loving and faithful husband of 34 years, William “Len” Lassiter; son, William Shane Lassiter and wife, Shelley of Killeen, Texas; a very special grandson, William Grayson Lassiter and two step-grandchildren, John Dalton Wright and wife, Anna Kay of Vicksburg, Mississippi and Katelin Leighanne Roberson and husband, Tanner of Molina, Florida.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Buffalo Cemetery with Pastor Mike Horton officiating.
