Roland J. Brewer

Roland J. Brewer, age 50, of Sanford, NC, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025 at his home, after suffering an unexpected heart attack.

He was born in Lee County on March 14, 1975 to Wilton Eugene Brewer and Carol Jean Frye Brewer.  His father preceded him in death.  He is survived by his mother Carol Brewer; brother Rodney Brewer (Ann) and nephew Erick Baylon.

Roland enjoyed the outside.  He always said “enjoying life in nature” was the best thing in the world.  He loved prospecting for gold in the mountains, collecting silver, woodworking, gardening and fishing.  He loved his family and will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be held Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Lee Memory Gardens with Pastor Robert Wilson officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside in the cemetery.
