Pearl Elizabeth (Lawrence) Orr

Pearl Elizabeth Lawrence Orr, 80, of Cameron, died September 15, 2021 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Lawrence was born in Surry County, on February 26, 1941, to the late Robert Glenn Lawrence and Hazel Marie Horton Lawrence.  She was a middle and high school teacher.

Surviving relatives include brothers, Martin Lawrence and Sue of Ridgeway, VA and Dale Lawrence and Anne of Cameron; sister, Shelia McNeill and Steve of Sanford; nephews, Ryan McNeill and Emily of Sanford, Robert McNeill and Jane of Sanford, and Anthony Lawrence and Lisa of Ridgeway, VA; nieces, Pam Watkins and Kevin of Ridgeway, VA, Shanna Bailey of Sanford, and Ashley Davis and Chris of Sanford;.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 24, 2021, 11AM in the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with the Rev. David Sherrod officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday and other times at Steve and Shelia McNeill’s home.
