Mary Beth Bender, age 33, of Sanford, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Lee County on April 3, 1988, to John David Barrett and the late Lisa Jo Cook Barrett. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and her maternal grandfather. She was a homemaker.

Mary Beth is survived by her father, John Barrett; sister Jennifer Daw and husband Eric; two daughters; maternal grandmother; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
