Marion Taylor Obituary

Marion Taylor, age 83, of Cameron, NC, died Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.

He was born in Harnett County, NC on August 3, 1936 to the late Britton Taylor and Jennie Belle Patterson Taylor. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Blankenship Taylor; son Jeffrey Taylor and brothers Charles, Alex, Nello and Jack Taylor. Marion worked many years for Mann’s Hardware as an appliance mechanic.

Mr. Taylor is survived by a son Donald Taylor of Cameron; daughter Jennifer Campbell of Cameron; sisters Mildred Matthews and husband John Ed of Sanford, Nell Hinzman and husband Jack of Cameron, Peggy Howard and husband Larry of Sanford; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
