Maideline (Parrish) Ashby

Maideline Parrish Ashby, age 87, of Sanford, NC, met her loving Savior on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

She was born in Johnston County on March 13, 1933 to the late Cellie Carl Parrish and Lucy Langdon Parrish.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Lloyd Ashby and Hoover Johnson and siblings, JP Parrish, Roscoe Parrish, Pauline Christian, Cola Mae Mann and Flo Pierce.

Mrs. Ashby is survived by her daughter, Tammy Johnson of Broadway; grandson, Joshua Stone and wife, Jillian of Sanford; two great-grandchildren, Ella Delani Stone and Imrie Quinn Stone and a special niece, Ann Hargis of Angier.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Lee Memory Gardens with Pastor Jeff Pierce officiating.
