Lisa Phillips Obituary

Lisa Gayle Harris Phillips, age 58, of the Deep River Community in Lee County, NC, died Saturday, October 24, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Lee County, NC on April 3, 1962 to the late Jimmy Harris, Jr. and Althea Williams Harris.  Lisa was a graduate of Lee County Senior High School and was a member of Flat Springs Baptist Church.  She was a hairdresser for many years but most importantly, Lisa was a caregiver to many.  Lisa cared for family, friends, horses, cats or any animal.  If anyone needed anything, she would be there to help.

Those who will miss Lisa the most are; her husband Brian Fletcher Phillips; son Ashley Riddle and wife Jessica Stone Riddle of Lillington; brother Jimmy Marvin Harris of Sanford and grandchildren Lily Riddle, Laney Riddle, Lucas Riddle and Dani Stone.  Lisa will also be missed by very close aunts, cousins and neighbors.

The family will receive friends at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home Tuesday, October 27, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and other times at the family home.  A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 28th at 11:00 AM at Flat Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Lisa’s cousin, Rev. Greg Little, officiating.
