Laura Diane (Bell) Britt

Laura Diane Bell Britt, age 65, of Sanford, NC, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at Siler City Center in Siler City, NC.

She was born in Columbia, SC on August 8, 1955 to the late Frank Debow Bell and Ann Bell and step-mother, Carolyn Bell who helped raise her after her mother passed away. 

Laura was the best cook and enjoyed cooking for family and friends.  She attended Life Springs Church and if health would have allowed, Hillview Christian Assembly.  She never knew a stranger and would strike up a conversation with anyone.  She will be missed.

She is survived by her husband, of almost 35 years, Jeffery Wayne Britt; children Ellen Perry and husband Karl of Sanford, Carl Longno and wife Amber of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren Zackariah Page, Cameron Page, Mackenzie Perry, Zander Perry; great-grandchildren Wyatt and Jayce Page; and siblings of South Carolina Mark Cantey, Deborah Hudson and husband John, Frank Debow Bell, III and Peggy Westbrook, Ann Owens, Joyce Chesney, Kimberly Mills, Jim Johnson and wife Jane, and Dee Longno.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
