Judith Ann (Fichter) Johnson

Judith Ann Fichter Johnson, age 82, of Sanford, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Siler City Center Nursing Home.

She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Geraldine Steiner Fichter and the late Harry Fichter.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Johnson, Sr. and daughter Gerry Ann Brosky.

She enjoyed time spent with family and singing.  Judith will be remembered as  a woman of faith and a praying mother who loved her family dearly. 

She is survived by her mother, Geraldine Fichter of Pennsylvania; children Diana Pierce, Eric Johnson, Christopher Johnson and Robert Johnson, all of Sanford and Scott Johnson of South Carolina; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Vaughn Fichter, Ron Fichter and Eric Fichter and one sister Maryann Fichter.

A private celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Cross Connected Ministries, 7535 Old Jefferson Davis Highway, Cameron, NC 28326. Flowers will be accepted for her celebration.
