John Tucker Walsh

John Tucker Walsh, age 24, of Sanford, NC, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2022 at his home.

He was born in Lee County, NC  on January 19, 1998 to John Whitaker Walsh and Angie Nichols both of Sanford.  He was preceded in death his paternal-grandfather Alton Ernest Walsh and maternal-grandfather Stanley Melvin McBryde, Jr. 

Tucker had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone but he especially loved being a big-brother to Tanner and Taylor.  He enjoyed fixing and riding four-wheelers and was heartbroken when his pet duck “Squirt” passed away.  That sweet duck followed Tucker everywhere.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother Tanner Walsh; sister Taylor Walsh; maternal-grandmother Brenda Nichols; maternal-grandfather Mike Nichols; paternal-grandmother Lynn Richardson & husband Hank of Pittsboro and significant other Rebecca Pressley.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 2:00 in the chapel with Rev. Robert Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow at Lee Memory Gardens.
