Jimmy Bryant Calcutt

Jimmy Bryant Calcutt, 74, of Sanford, NC, passed away Friday, October 11, 2019 at his home.

He was born on February 18, 1945, to the late Curtis Calcutt and Viola Baker Calcutt.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Calcutt.  Jimmy worked for many years as a brick mason.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Bonnie Gregory Calcutt; daughters, Rainey Rogers of Sanford and Melanie Haymore and husband, Wilson of Sanford; brother, Jerry Calcutt and wife, Dale of Rocky Mount; a sister, Judy Sloan and husband, Freddie of Sanford; grandchildren, Brittany Doby and husband, David, Sammy Haymore, Nathaniel Rogers and Matthew Rogers;  step-grandchildren, Alex Doby, Matthew Doby and Nathan Doby.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 1:30 pm until 3:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Curtis Norris and Pastor Ray Bodin officiating.  Burial will follow in Zion Christian Church Cemetery.
