Jennifer worked over 30 years for Lee Brick & Tile. She began in the Customer Service Department and retired as the Payroll and Accounts Receivable Manager. She was known for her love of the rock band Bon Jovi but her greatest love was spending time with her daughter Carlie Anne at Carolina Beach or Sunset Beach and watching their favorite TV shows. She enjoyed collecting NC pottery and she was very devoted to her fur-babies. All of those who loved her, will miss her sense of humor and love.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Ms. Nancy Williams and Pastor John Baker officiating. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall immediately following the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Jennifer’s memory to Riley’s Army of the Triangle, PO Box 1766. Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 or www.rileysarmytriangle.com.
The Nicholson family will receive family and friends at the home of her niece and nephew, Adrian and Steve Maynor, located at 2915 Rosser Road, Bear Creek, NC 27207.
In honor of Jennifer’s wishes and to allow her husband, John, time to care for the farm and tend to family matters, the family asks that visits be made at the Maynor home rather than the Nicholson residence. Jennifer’s daughter, Carlie Anne, along with other family members, will be present throughout the coming days and would be grateful for your prayers, love, and support during this time.
