Howard Gene Parson

Howard Gene Parson, age 81, of Sanford, NC, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at his home.

He was born in Lee County on September 17, 1940 to the late Phil Howard Parson and Flora Spivey Parson.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Ann Parson Looper.  Mr. Parson served his country in the US Army.  He worked as a licensed plumber for many years.

Howard is survived by his loving wife Connie Stafford Parson; two daughters Amy Spivey and husband John of Sanford and Carrie Flynn and husband Don of Broadway and one grandson Landon Cheatham.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 27, 2021 from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Donald Flynn officiating.  Burial will follow the service in Spivey Family Cemetery.
