Everett Jerome Gardner

Everett Jerome Gardner, 71, of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, passed away Friday, January 9, 2026, at home with his family by his side.

He was born August 15, 1954, to the late Everett Holt Gardner and Shirley Faye Ivey Partin.

Jerome worked as an equipment operator before his retirement. He enjoyed traveling, collecting Shelby Mustang cars and guns, and he especially loved his dogs. More than anything, Jerome loved spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Those remaining to cherish his memory are his sons, Everett Gardner Jr. and Joseph Gardner; his sisters, Pamela Coppedge, Cindy Osborn, and Cathy Lamm; and his grandchildren, Levi Holt Gardner, Shelby Jerome Gardner, Mason Colt Gardner, and McKayla Love Gardner, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
