Edith Ada (Driscoll) Mangum

Edith Ada Driscoll Mangum, age 81, of Cameron, NC died Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Liberty Commons Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Brunswick, Maine on October 19, 1939 to the late Hollis and Helen Lacy Driscoll.  Edith was one of six girls and one boy.  She was a member of Hillmon Grove Baptist Church and once worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant.   

She is survived by her husband Willie Ray Mangum; sons Willie Ray Mangum, Jr. of Charlotte, NC, Henry Hollis Mangum of Panama City, Florida; daughter Samantha Lynn Mangum of Cameron, NC; grandchildren Christian and Marianne and one great-grandchild Milo.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Hillmon Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wayne O’Quinn officiating.  The family asks that everyone please dress casually.  There will be no visitation.
