Daniel "Dan" Gene Barbour

Daniel "Dan" Gene Barbour, age 68, of Sanford, NC, passed away Monday May 27, 2024 at his home surrounded by his wife and children.

Mr. Barbour worked with his family at Center Heating and Air before he retired 7 years ago.  He was a lifetime member of Hillview Christian Assembly.  His love of family, music, golf, Harleys, and the Tarheels will endure.

Mr. Barbour was preceded in death by both parents, Bobby and Joyce Barbour, brothers Ricky and Tommy, and daughter Sharein.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Morgan Barbour; Bonus-Mom Mary G. Barbour; children Chris Barbour, Mark Barbour (Tandy), Kari Compito (Damian) Thomas Kelley (Emily), Denise Rodgers (Billy); siblings David Barbour (Mary), and Teresa Barefoot (Ricky) and multiple grandchildren.

Services to be held at Hillview Christian Assembly in Sanford, Thursday May 30th at 2:00 pm.  The family will receive guests after the service in the fellowship hall.
