Connie Louine (Fore) Gladden

Connie Louine Fore Gladden, age 78, of Sanford, NC, died Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Central Harnett Health Center in Lillington.

She was born in Lee County, NC on March 13, 1941 to the late John Prentiss “JP’ Fore Jr. and Mossie Powers Fore.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Claude William Gladden.  Connie was a member of Pocket Presbyterian Church and loved being a part of the Ladies Circles of the church.  She was retired from Eaton Corporation and loved spending time with her family and friends.  Dining out, shopping, watching the Hallmark channel and talking with those she loved were her favorite pastimes.

She is survived by two sons Eddie Nance, David Nance and wife Charla all of Sanford; daughter Brenda Hogue and husband Lyle of Lillington; grandchildren Christopher Nance, Jennifer Ashley and husband Jacob, Rebecca Nance, Anna Hogue; and great-grandchildren Joshua Ashley and Emma Nance.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home and other times at her home, 2596 Steel Bridge Road, Sanford, NC 27330.  The funeral service will be Wednesday, November 20th at 2:00 PM at Pocket Presbyterian Church with Rev. Greg Little and Rev. Chad Neal officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
