On October 24, 2024, our family lost a beloved wife, mother, and the world’s greatest Grandmother, Connie Sue Dinkins (Shook). Our world is vacant of her Laughter made of hearts, Kisses of the sweetest sunshine, and Hugs that must have come straight from Jesus they were so special.
Connie’s love and light will now be carried on through those she loves dearest: The love of her life (Husband) Daniel Ray Dinkins, her oldest daughter and 1st best friend, Kimberly Elizabeth Karriker, her youngest daughter and second, best friend, Melissa Callahan Dubois, beloved bonus daughter Danialle Elaine Dinkins. Lastly, her hearts dearest treasure, grandsons Noah James Dubois and Easton Gregory Dubois.
Though our journey with Connie on earth may be over, let us all take comfort and celebrate that her journey with our Lord has just begun. Therefore “they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. ‘Never again will they hunger. Never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them nor any scorching heat’ For the Lamb at the center of the Throne will be their Shepard; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:15-17.
