Christopher Kelly Obituary

Christopher Scott Kelly, age 45, of Sanford, NC, died Monday, May 31, 2021 at his father’s home.

He was born in Moore County, NC On April 9, 1976 to Ernest Jerry Kelly and Barbara Harrison Kelly. Christopher’s mother and brother, Michael Anthony Kelly preceded him in death.

In addition to his father, Jerry Kelly, he is survived by his wife Cherie Hess Kelly; daughter Chloe Kelly and her mother Leah Bastounes; brother Mark Kelly and nephew Dakota Love all of Sanford.

Christopher had an associates degree in Fiber Optics and worked along side his daddy and brother as a mechanic at Jonesboro Super Service for many years.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 4, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cameron Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jared McNeill officiating. Burial will follow at Cameron Town (Community) Cemetery. Friends are also welcome at Jerry’s home.
