Barbara Jo (Christian) Glass

Barbara Jo Christian Glass, age 76, of Burlington, NC (formerly of Sanford, NC), passed away Thursday, July 31, 2024 at Alamance Regional Health Center.

She was born in Durham, NC on August 17, 1947 to the late Bernard Christian and Modelle Johnson Christian.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James “Jim” Benjamin Glass, a son Stacy Allen Glass and a sister Jean Christian Grady.  She was also preceded in death by the love of her life, Celeste (her fur-baby) who was full of love. She is survived by a daughter Tammy Dee Glass.

A funeral service will held Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM (not this Thursday, but the following Thursday the 15th) at Buffalo Presbyterian Church with Rev. Eric Davidson officiating.  Burial will follow at Buffalo Cemetery.  There will be no visitation.
