Barbara Ann (Sessoms) Miller

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Ann (Sessoms) Miller on December 4, 2024 at age 87. Barbara was born on December 21, 1936 in Sanford, NC. 

Barbara loved the Lord and served as pianist in her home church for over 75 years. 

Preceded in joining the Lord: Mother & Father, Flossie & Vernon Sessoms, her husband, Barney Miller Jr., her brothers, Raymond and Richard  Sessoms.

Survived by:  daughters; Kim (Dexter), Keely (Steve), Sheila (Robert); son, Shawn; and 11 grandchildren and 17 great- grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Bridges and Cameron Funeral Home from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.  The funeral service will be held Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Sanford First Pentecostal Holiness Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. Tony Ward and Rev. Greg Long officiating.  Burial will follow at Lee Memory Gardens.
