William “Billy” Henry Kottcamp, IV, age 71, of Sanford, NC, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017, at his home.

Billy was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on December 31, 1945, to the late William Henry Kottcamp, III, and Thurleen Johnson Kottcamp.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, William “Little Billy” Kottcamp,V, and his siblings, Arthur, Thurleen, Bessie, and Rosetta.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Overby Kottcamp; one daughter, Angelina Leach and husband, Ronald and two grandchildren, Cheyannee Leach and Sophia Kottcamp.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM at Jones Chapel Church Cemetery.
