Rudolph Mullis, Jr. Obituary

Rudolph Copeland Mullis, Jr, age 65, of Sanford, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019 at UNC Hospice House in Pittsboro.

He was born in Lee County, on Sept. 26, 1953, to the late Rudolph Mullis and Oberia Suggs Mullis. He was a co-founder of Broadway Hemp Company.

Rusty is survived by his son Jordan Mullis of Raleigh; a daughter, Grayson Mullis of Sanford and a brother Reggie Mullis and wife Susan of Washington State.

The memorial service will be held Sept. 14, 2019, Saturday at 4:00 PM, in the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Jones presiding. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.
