Rodney A. Luellen

Rodney Alvis Luellen, age 57, of Sanford, NC, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Central Carolina Hospital.

Rodney was born in Rockwall, Texas on September 6, 1960 to Willie Alvis Luellen and Emily Frances Sauls Honea.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Dianna Denise Honea and brother, Eric Dwane Honea.  Rodney worked in construction.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Roxann Luellen of Sanford; two brothers, Willie Randall Luellen and partner, Sylvia Currie of Sanford and Timothy Allen Honea and fiancé, Melisa Lassiter of Peachland, NC.; and three grandchildren, Diamon Luellen, Rayne Graves, and Payden Williamson.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Thompson officiating.  Burial will follow in Lee Memory Gardens.   The family will receive friends at the home.
