Ralph "Jim" Baker, Jr.

Ralph “Jim” Baker, Jr., age 60, of Sanford, NC, died peacefully at his home on Thursday, June 14, 2018.

He was born on November 3, 1957, in Lee County to Rev. Ralph and Marquetta Baker.  He had a love for anything automotive and was a great asset to the music ministry at his church.

Surviving in addition to his parents are daughters, Amiee Baker Rodgers and husband, Bruce Rodgers, Rebecca Baker Nabors and husband, Jeff Nabors; sisters, Sherry Baird and husband, Donnie Baird, Dee Anna Strickland and husband, Cale Strickland; brother, Burtis Baker and wife, Mary Baker; grandchildren, Cameron Foushee, Morgan Foushee, Kaleb Foushee, and Ivy Nabors; nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Full Gospel Assembly from 1:30 pm to 3:00 PM.  The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM with Dr. Roland Byrd officiating.  Burial will be in Grace Chapel Cemetery.
