Louise Beverly (Neal) McBryde

Mrs. Louise Beverly Neal McBryde, age 97, of Sanford, N.C. passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at her home. 

Mrs. McBryde was born in Lee County on July 13, 1922, to the late William Henry Neal and Eudora Brown Neal.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon McBryde; by a sister, Odessa Oldham, and by two brothers, Roy Neal and Lincoln Neal. She worked at W. Koury Company for a number of years.

Mrs. McBryde is survived by three sons, Larry McBryde and wife Samantha of Broadway, Jeffery McBryde and wife April of Sanford, and by Russell McBryde and wife Melanie of Olivia; two daughters, Carolyn White and husband, Doug of Broadway and Donna Bogan of Sanford; four brothers, Herman Neal and wife Juanita of Sanford, Vance Neal and wife Delores of Fayetteville, N.C., Foster Neal and wife, Nancy of Sanford, and by Clarence Neal and wife Rosie of Sanford, N.C.; two sisters, Helen Patnode and husband Robert of S.C. and Frances Carter of Sanford; eleven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, August 3, 2019, from 6 PM to 8PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  The funeral Service will be held Sunday, August 4, 2019, at 3:00 P.M. at Poplar Springs United Methodist Church with Rev. Fallon Melvin officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
