Kenneth Darrell Bain

Kenneth Darrell Bain, age 37, of Sanford, NC, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Lee County on January 25, 1981 to Kenneth Earl Bain and Joy Lanier Bain.  He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lanier and Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Capps; paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bain and Mr. and Mrs. Norris; grandfather, Earl T. Bain.  Darrell enjoyed his job in landscaping and construction.

 Darrell is survived by his beloved daughters, Hannah Jolene Joy Bain and Ava Paige Bain of Charlotte; mother, Joy Lanier Bain of Sanford; father, Kenneth Earl Bain of Charlotte;  two sisters, Wanda Bates and Crystal K. Hall of Sanford; grandparents, William (Bill) and Gladys Lanier of Sanford and Katherine Bain of Sanford; special nieces and nephews, Phillip Bates, Christian Bates, Bailey Helbert, Landon Kropf, Devon Kropf and Brooklyn Hall; special cousins, Carson Lanier, Shane Lanier, Emily Jones, Harris Lanier, Adam Thomas, Jordan Thomas and Heather Bain; aunts and uncles, Randy and Lea Lanier, Scott and Becky Bain Reed and Ronnie and Tammy Bain.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  The funeral will be at Lees Chapel Christian Church on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Jim Brady and Rev. Bruce Parsons officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
