Joseph Andrew Schaub

Joseph Andrew Schaub, age 80, of Sanford, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Central Carolina Hospital.

He was born in Madison Lake, Minnesota to the late Joseph Ray Schaub and Mary Kaufman Grothe.  Mr. Schaub served his country in the US Army and worked for C P & L as an Engineering Manager.

Surviving relatives include his wife Mary Belle Blue Schaub of the home; two sons, Michael Schaub and Fauna of New London and Joel Schaub and Tanya of Arden; two daughters, Donna Wells and Michael of Sanford and Mary Jo Rivera and Andres` of Florence, AL; brother, Jerry Schaub and June of Minn; three sisters Ralene Kroenke, JoAnne Quiram and Lyle both of Minnesota and Susan Kirkby of Arizona; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 after the funeral service in the fellowship hall.  The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, 2PM at Flat Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Gary McCollough officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
