Geraldine (Harrington) Cameron

Geraldine Harrington Cameron, 67, of Sanford passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at First Health Hospice in Pinehurst.

She was born in Lee County, on July 5, 1952, to the late Charles Walker “Top” Harrington and Sadie Hart Harrington.  Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles W. Harrington, Jr.

She is survived by her son, Chad Cameron and wife Karin of Sanford and a daughter, Casey Cameron Gallardo and husband Salvador of Sanford; sisters, Carolyn Rogers, Barbara Johnson and husband Kirby, Phyllis Watson and husband Gary, and Donna Buchanan and husband Donnie all of Sanford; three grandchildren, Brad Cameron, Cody Cameron, and Reyli Gallardo.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 2 to 3PM at Poplar Springs United Methodist Church fellowship hall.  The memorial service will be held at 3PM in the Church sanctuary with Rev. Fallon Melvin officiating.  Burial will be held at a later date.
