Eloise Lamm Jahner, age 80, of Clayton, formally of Sanford, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield.

Mrs. Jahner was born in Harnett County, on March 25, 1937, to the late Atlas Mae Lamm and Elizabeth Gilmore Lamm.  She was a longtime homemaker.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Vincent Jahner; a brother Atlas Lamm; a sister, Elizabeth Lamm.

She is survived by daughters, Connie Sue Batista of Clayton and Sandra Mae Brock and husband Doug of Mt. Olive; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, from 10 to the funeral hour at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  The funeral will be held Wed., Sept. 6th, 11AM at the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with Rev. Samuel Hall officiating.  Burial will follow in the Cameron Grove Cemetery with Brooks Howard speaking at the graveside.
