David Lynn Mason

David Lynn Mason, age 52, of Sanford, NC, died Sunday, October 20, 2019 at his home.

Lynn was born in Lee County on April 1, 1967 to Rev. Isaac Ernest Mason and Flora Wilder Mason.  He was preceded in death by his father and a brother Ernest Lee Mason.  Lynn worked many years as a forklift operator at Coty.

In addition to his mother, Lynn is survived by a brother James Lewis Mason of Sanford and niece and nephew Hannah Mason and David Lee Mason.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the fellowship hall of Moore Union Christian Church with the funeral service following at 11:00 AM with Pastor David Yarborough and Pastor Curtis Norris officiating.  Burial will follow at Jones Chapel United Methodist Church cemetery.
