Billy DuWayne Fisher

Billy DuWayne Fisher, age 65, of Sanford, NC, died Saturday, May 5, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on March 26, 1953.  Billy served our country in the United States Army and recently retired as an electrician from M.R. Stoner.  His second love, after his family, was his Harley Davidson motorcycle.  He was preceded in death by a brother Vincent Fisher.

He is survived by his wife Vicki Smith Fisher; parents Robert Lee Wilson and Doris Craft Wilson of Mansfield, Ohio; daughters Amy Gunter and husband Richard, Jodi McAuley and husband Toussian all of Sanford; brother Terry Lee Fisher and wife Beverly; sister Teresa Wilson all of Marion, Ohio and grandchildren Lindsay Gunter, Robert Person, Toussian McAuley, Jr. and Kayla McAuley.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with Chaplain Sam Garris officiating.  The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
