Barbara (Sineath) Fogleman

Barbara Sineath Fogleman, 79, of Sanford, NC, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Central Carolina Hospital with her family by her side.

She was born in Lee County on March 19, 1940, to the late Frank Crogan Sineath and Bessie Ella Crissman Sineath.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Belinda Gay Fogleman and brother, Jack Sineath.  Family was important to Barbara.  She adored her husband, children and grandchildren.  She made it a mission in her life to spread sunshine and make people smile.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Floyd; son, Henry Fogleman (Donna) of Sanford; two daughters, Donna Beal of Sanford and Connie Flood (Keith) of Sanford; two brothers, David Sineath (Carolyn) of Durham and Cecil Sineath (Peggy) of Sanford; sisters, Shirley Watson of Canada, Bettie Carpenter (Charlie) of Sanford and Patty Schoolcraft (Billy) of Sanford; grandchildren, Lance Beal (Rachel), Dexter Beal, Kyle Flood (Madison), Ryan Flood, Conner Fogleman, Tyler Fogleman and Morgan Fogleman; step-grandchildren, Corina Beal and Whitney Lebert.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Turner’s Chapel Church Cemetery with Rev. Patrick Neal and Rev. Bruce MacInnes officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service until 4:00 PM in the church fellowship hall and at other times at the family home (1382 Post Office Road).
