Thanks to the Capital City Club I made a friend over a decade ago named Sophie! For 6 years I got to spend time with her between her piano breaks. She would come sit next to me at the front desk between her sets and we would talk about life, music and our families. She was an amazing woman and such a hard worker....never missing a day of work even when she was in so much pain from the cancer. She was a true fighter!

I can honestly say she helped shape the person I am today. She showed me what it meant to never give up, to be kind and to always wear a smile. She was one of a kind!
She will be truly missed!
