Shelby Jean Marsh Turner, age 75, of Cameron, NC, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Central Carolina Hospital surrounded by her family.

She was born in Moore County on March 3, 1942 to the late Charles L. Marsh and Goldie Lineberry Marsh.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Seenie G. Turner; two sons, Danny Murphy and Michael Murphy; two sisters, Ann Sloan and Brenda Floyd and by her two brothers, Charles Marsh and Jimmy Marsh.

Shelby is survived by her sons, Glenn Turner and wife, Flecia of Phenix City, Alabama, Tim Murphy and wife, Tammy of Sanford; two daughters, Teresa Cordevant and fiancé, Jerry Norris of Sanford, Rhonda Murphy of Cameron.  She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Dr. David Boroughs officiating.  The family will greet friends following the graveside service in the church fellowship hall.
