Norma Elizabeth (Holder) Cameron

Norma Elizabeth Holder Cameron, age 73, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Central Carolina Hospital.

She was born in Lee County on September 27, 1944 to the late Alex Holder and Georgie Hickman Holder.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William “Bill” Holder and a sister, Peggy Wooten.  Lib work for many years at Sanford Medical Group as a bookkeeper.

Surviving relatives include her husband, John Erwin Cameron; two sons, Steve Cameron and wife, Cheryl of Sanford, Todd Cameron and wife, Yvette of Sanford; three brothers, Bob Holder and wife, Laura of Sanford, Danny Holder and wife, Susan of Sanford, Tommy Holder and wife, Tessia of Sanford; four sisters, Bonnie Quesenberry and husband, Ezra of Southern Pines, Nancy McDuffie of Sanford, Patsy Smith and husband, Warren of Sanford and Polly Bouldin of Sanford and by five grandchildren, Holly Cowfer, Emily Cameron, Kristopher Cameron, Kimberly Cameron and Jonathan Cameron.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 3:00 PM at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church with Rev. Glen Hallead officiating.  Burial will follow in Cameron Grove Cemetery.
