Mary Evelyn Goins Kellam, age 88, of Olivia, NC, died Monday, August 8, 2016 at Westfield Rehabilitation and Health Center in Sanford.

She was born in Rockingham County, NC on March 10, 1928 to the late Joe Ben Goins and Ada Hickman Goins.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James “Jim” Kellam and sister Julie Adams.  Mrs. Kellam was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons Jimmy Ray Kellam and wife Martha and Ricky Dean Kellam and wife Johanne all of Olivia; brother Joe Goins of Broadway; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 1:00 PM at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church cemetery with Rev. Curtis Norris officiating.
