Jerry Lee Stone, age 60, passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at his home.

Jerry was born in Lee County, on June, 26, 1957, to the late Sherrill Stone and Janice Jackson Stone.  He was the former owner and operator of Tramway Paint and Body Shop.  He graduated from Greenwood High School in 1975.  Jerry loved John Deere, Tarheels, fishing, and antique cars, but most of all he loved being Daddy.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Tammy Poole Stone of the home; a son, Jeremy Stone of Raleigh; daughters, Amber Stone Sparling (Aaron) of Cameron and Ashleigh Marie Stone of Vass; three sisters, Debbie Underwood of Sanford, Patty Bobnis of Monroe, and Penny DelGiudice of Broadway; and five grandchildren a special friend, Phillip Dick and two loving companions, Sassy and Oreo.

The family will receive friends Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, from 1-2PM at New Life Fellowship Church.  The funeral will follow at 2PM also at New Life Fellowship Church, with Dr. Gail Dickens presiding.
