Donna Janet Scott Holt, age 82, of Sanford, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at her home.

Mrs. Holt was born in Bartholomew County in Indiana to the late Ford M. Scott and Genevee Taylor Scott.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Lewis Holt.  Donna worked for Bankingport Insurance until her retirement.  She was a member of Swann Station Baptist Church where she played the organ faithfully for over 36 years.

Surviving relatives include her daughter, Lisa Holt Faulk and husband Phillip of Sanford; sisters, Katie Rice and husband John Henry of Sanford and Gerry Ellis of Sanford; three grandchildren, Ryan Faulk and wife Jessica, Morgan Faulk Luettger and husband Christopher, and Aaron Faulk; one great granddaughter, Aubrey Luettger.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017, at Cameron Grove Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Parsons and Rev. Scott Yow presiding.  The family will receive friends Monday, Feb. 13^th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.
