Dillon Joseph Meyers, age 24, of Sanford, NC, died Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Central Carolina Hospital.  Mr. Meyers was born on April 13, 1993, in Orange County, NC to Terrell Clayton Meyers and Jessica Pilson.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother and grandfather, Shirley R. Meyers (Gamby) and George E. Meyers.

He is survived by his father, Terrell Clayton Meyers of Sanford, NC; his mother, Jessica Pilson of Cameron; one brother, Cody Venrick of Sanford, NC; paternal aunt, Meloney Wheeler and husband, Cliff of Sanford, NC; paternal uncles, Al Meyers and wife, Lynn of Carthage, NC and Tabby Meyers and wife, Peggy of Sanford, NC; paternal cousins, Garrett Wheeler of Sanford, NC, Phillip Meyers of Carthage, NC, Justin Meyers and wife Shannon of Sanford, NC, Gracie Meyers of Sanford, NC; Chris Meyers and wife, Michelle of Sanford, Carson Meyers, Mikala Meyers and Kaedence all of Sanford, NC; maternal grandmother, Joyce Stone of Cameron, NC; maternal great-grandmother, Ethylene Stone of Sanford, NC and his maternal uncle, David A. Cameron of Cameron, NC.

Friends will be received at the family home, 1001 Big Branch Road, Sanford, NC on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.  A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 7:00 PM.
