Alan Bradley Cameron, age 61, of Sanford, NC, died Thursday, July 21, 2016 at his home.

He was born in Moore County, NC, on July 14, 1955, to the late Orton Jasper Cameron and Katherine Bradley Cameron.  He was also preceded in death by a brother Jimmy Cameron.  Mr. Cameron worked for CNC Machine and was a veteran with the US Air Force.

He is survived by his wife Virginia Howard Cameron of the home; a son James Derek Cameron and wife Konstance of Sanford and grandchildren Kadience, Simon, and Israel Cameron.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 3:30 to 5PM at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 23, 2016, 5PM in the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with Rev. George Walton officiating.  Burial will follow at Buffalo Cemetery.
